Who We Are
The Imperial Valley Healthcare District (IVHD) was established in 2023, in recognition of the growing need to improve healthcare access and outcomes in our region. We are a public healthcare district focused on serving the diverse communities of Imperial County with a wide array of medical services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents.
How is the District Funded?
A permanent funding source for IVHD is under development and will be presented to the voters at an election no later than November 2026. If approved by voters, this would create a dedicated source of funding to support the maintenance of facilities and delivery of services to County residents.
